Bamboo Ridge XC uses information submitted through this site to measure competitor interest in the December 5–6, 2026 race weekend, estimate likely racer participation by discipline, manage racer pre-registrations, and communicate race-related information.
What We Collect
Poll responses may include your racer interest level, race day(s), racing discipline(s), estimated racer count, comments, and optional email address and/or phone number. Racer pre-registration may include your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, racer count, race day(s), racing discipline(s), racer/class notes, and comments.
Contact Permission
If you enter an email address or phone number on the poll, the site asks you to give Bamboo Ridge XC permission to contact you about the December 5–6, 2026 race weekend. Opt-in poll contacts are saved in a separate admin contact list so Bamboo Ridge XC can provide racer updates later.
How Information Is Used
Information is used for race planning, competitor-interest estimates, racer pre-registration management, and Bamboo Ridge XC race communications, including the December 5–6 schedule, competitor classes, rules, entry fees, official registration information, parking/camping information, and other race updates. Registration and poll contact information is not intended for sale to third parties.
This Site Is Measuring Racers, Not Spectators
The interest poll and pre-registration are intended for people who may actually compete in Motocross, Quad/ATV, or Side-by-Side/UTV racing. They are not intended as a spectator or general-audience RSVP.
Interest / Pre-Registration Is Not a Final Race Entry
Submitting the poll or pre-registration form does not create a paid race entry, guarantee a particular class or starting spot, or obligate you to race. The race-interest dates are fixed as December 5–6, 2026. Bamboo Ridge XC may provide separate official registration and confirmation as the event planning is finalized.
